Return Policy

At Kim's Signature Beauty & Accessories, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are only applicable if the incorrect item was shipped to you due to our error.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Fees

If your return is approved under exception, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at kimberly@kimssignaturebeauty.com. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the item received differs from what was purchased.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
